Shopping Information
What kind of products do you sell?
We design and sell high-quality tactical-inspired apparel and gear that reflect the PREPARANOID lifestyle. Our core collections include The Armory, Flagged Items, and Core Gear — built on durable fabrics and bold designs that speak to self-reliance and survival culture.
How are orders fulfilled?
All apparel is print-on-demand through Printify. This means every order is made just for you — no mass production, no wasted stock. Once you place an order, it goes directly into production and ships straight to your door.
How long will it take to get my order?
Processing and printing usually take 2–7 business days, and shipping times depend on your location. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–12 business days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — PREPARANOID ships worldwide. International shipping times vary, so expect 2–4 weeks depending on your region and customs process.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for fast and secure checkout.

How do I change or cancel my order?
We get it, sometimes things just aren't right or your change your mind. If you want to cancel your order, please send us a chat from the chat bubble at the bottom right of our website or send a message through our Information Portal here. Our business hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4pm MST.
What if my order has already shipped, can you still cancel it?
Our shipping warehouse is extremely quick and efficient, which is a good thing. However, if you still do not want the item after it ships, you may have to return it according to our return policy here.

Can you change my order info once it has shipped out?
Once your order has left our warehouse it is with a 3rd party shipping service (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS) and we might not be able to make any changes to cancel your order. We might be able to stop the shipment to redirect the item back to our warehouse or change the address if caught in time, otherwise you can view our return policy to be able to print out a shipping label to return your item here.
